One thing about having MS is where do we lose our energy to ?

On weekends I like to give myself a bit of a break of MS meds that keep me going through the workweek. I love coffee, and during the week usually limit myself to 2. I ground my fave beans at home, take my cream, spices, whipped cream, maple sugar or brown sugar and start my work day with a mindful moment making my first coffee. On the weekend, the first coffee maybe at 10am, or 1 pm depending on the day. Today I slept til 10, and finally made coffee about 1pm – I liken it to a plant that needs water after a week and you can literally see the leaves wake up !
