The most important invention in your lifetime is…

Amazing sound, connected to phone, TV, closed captioning on my phone listens to my calls. It’s a long way from the analog hearing aid I started with at 4 years old. “The box” with long cord, as a girl it wasn’t pretty, but it helped. When I was 12? Got one behind the ear, and then in my 20s both ears. I am profoundly deaf, and lip read upside down (kidding ). Analog is a truer sound? I think, but the improvements with digital have come far. Especially for someone like me who needs every decibel I can get. In todays world if I was 4 I probably would have been getting cochlear ear implants.

This is a very personal choice, there are of course many other inventions since 1961. 🙂
