Honestly, it depends on the size of my family. Since there is only me and my dog at this time, I would go with a wash station for my dog as a priority, preferably a walk through one that will dry her as well! Ild like a kitchen with touch control for cupboards, oven and fridge. Totally self reliant and creates its own heating and cooling. Bright with lots of windows. Self cleaning windows lol. Accessible by all for all. Warm and inviting. It’s only 650 am so that’s all I got lol .
