How often do you walk or run?

I have a service dog for my hearing, a beautiful yellow lab, 50 lbs, thanks to the Lions Foundation of Canada and their donors. So I walk morning, noon and night! I have always loved to walk, anywhere.

I want to have a long and healthy journey with Violett, and walking is one of the best ways to do it !
