How do you relax?

I find the key to relaxing is basically doing something for a minute or 20 minutes that will break your brain away from whatever you were over focusing on.

So reading is probably top for me, finding a new Elizabeth George novel, or lately , a science fiction bot mystery on another planet in a galaxy far away …will do it too!

Walking in nature and reconnecting with the sounds around me, birds , well maybe not sounds per say, lol since I am deaf, but you get the idea…

I also have a fab mindfulness yoga routine from a class I took by Dr. knight in Huntsville…low impact, moves your whole body to check things out ….

It’s Saturday, could go to a fall fair, do laundry, dishes, walk the dog, sometimes just the routine of chores and not rushing off to a work day can be relaxing?

The colours are stating !
